PRE LETTING

We will advise on rental values upon inspection of your property. On agreement we then market the property and arrange for suitable tenants to view.
We do not charge for advertising.

LETTING PROCESS

It is possible to obtain 3 references for the applicant, normally these are Personal, Employer and current Landlord.
We can also provide a lease to include a full inventory, condition of property and photo’s where applicable.

HOUSING

We can complete on your behalf, housing forms to ensure all regulations are being adhered to.

UTILITIES AND RATES

Usually all utilities are to be paid by the tenant. The foncier (parish) owner rates and any service charges are for the owner to settle.
We can arrange for payment of these (please see our property management option)
