Tenants

PROCESS

If you have seen a property, and you would like more information or alternatively a viewing, you will need to contact us.

You will then be asked to complete a tenant information sheet to enable us to learn more about you and your requirements. Through this process we can identify suitable properties which are available for you to view.

REFERENCES

On finding a suitable property, we may require 3 references to include Personal, Employer and current Landlord.

LEASE AGREEMENTS

Lease terms are generally for 1 year, however it is not unusual to have terms for longer, and occasionally short term leases are available.
Subject to housing consent, a lease will be drawn, to include full inventory and details of the properties condition (photo’s may be used).

UTILITIES AND RATES

In most circumstances utility bills are the tenants responsibility, as are the foncier (parish) occupiers rates.
