About Us

Thompson Estates is a bespoke Estate Agency with an exemplary reputation. Specialising in Residential property we offer a service that is unmatched by any other local Estate Agency.

The business was founded by our CEO Margaret Thompson, an experienced well known and highly respected property professional.

We first opened our doors from rented premises at 15 Beresford Street in September 2001, with Margaret at the helm and an ambitious team of only three Negotiators.

After taking the Jersey property market by storm, in July 2006 Thompson Estates had tripled in size and decided it was time to move home ourselves to the hustle and bustle of King Street. We couldn’t be prouder of our contemporary award winning offices as this is the first time since the 1960’s that there has been an Estate Agent in this prestigious location.

Today, we are justifiably proud of our strong team of 21 employees who promote and passionately protect our highly respected brand.

Whether it’s 30 minutes or 1 hour, our open viewings are ‘tailor made’ to suit each property.
On average people know if they like a property within the first two minutes of seeing it. After the initial visit, applicants can book a private second viewing allowing more time and enabling them to have questions answered thoroughly.
