Thompson Estates Limited opened the week of September 11th 2001, from a small office on Beresford Street where business was encouraging, with our sheer determination taking the buying and selling of properties to a new genre within the Channel Islands.
The Thompson Estates family moved to the hustle and bustle of King Street in July 2006, being the first time since the 1960's that there has been an estate agent in this 'Blue chip' location.
Our state of the art offices are open 6 days a week Monday - Saturday, where our team of professionals are eagerly awaiting your instruction to market your property, or find you the home of your dreams.

Opening Times
Longer opening hours, our standard opening hours are:
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm
Saturday 9am - 4.30pm
Although we are available before and after these times, if you are dealing directly with one of our negotiators you will be able to contact them whenever you need to, either via mobile or e-mail, our systems are set up so that negotiators can access everything they need wherever they are.

Unique 15 minute open viewings, nothing is too short if the time is used wisely. On average people know if they like a property within the first two minutes of seeing it. After the initial visit, applicants book a private viewing and have questions answered fully.

Thompson Estates is not the cheapest agent, but our fees reflect the higher level of service you will get, and are, therefore non-negotiable. We work very hard to get your property sold as quickly as possible and it represents real value for money. Please don't ask us to reduce the fee - we're not prepared to compromise our level of service to you.
