Platinum Service
Suitable for Landlords who want a professional service to complement their property and ensure maximum income with minimum stress
Service includes: Gold Service +
- Rent collection with rent transferred into your account
- Service of the correct legal notice as the tenancy end approaches, if required
- Negotiation by Thompson Lettings of applicable new rent level if the tenancy is renewed
- Automatic re-marketing at least 2 months before the existing tenant leaves
- Continuing expert advice from Thompson Lettings as necessary
- Arrange repairs and arrange access for contractors to the property
- Printed monthly statement
- Check-in of your tenant by your Lettings Negotiator
- Check-out of your tenant by your Lettings Negotiator at end of tenancy
- Initial inspection 3 months after the start of the tenancy agreement and annually thereafter, with photographs and written report or reassurance or to spot developing issues
