Platinum Service

Suitable for Landlords who want a professional service to complement their property and ensure maximum income with minimum stress

Service includes: Gold Service +

  • Rent collection with rent transferred into your account
  • Service of the correct legal notice as the tenancy end approaches, if required
  • Negotiation by Thompson Lettings of applicable new rent level if the tenancy is renewed
  • Automatic re-marketing at least 2 months before the existing tenant leaves
  • Continuing expert advice from Thompson Lettings as necessary
  • Arrange repairs and arrange access for contractors to the property

  • Check-in of your tenant by your Lettings Negotiator
